The cemented carbide blades used in the mask machine are divided into cemented carbide scrapers, cemented carbide cutters, cemented carbide upper and lower cutters, and cemented carbide nose cutters. These blades are made of high-quality cemented carbide materials, with sharp cutting edges, high cutting or scraping efficiency, flat incisions, uniform and beautiful slices, clear edges and corners, no slag, smooth cutting, durable, long-term slicing, and still sharp No deformation, fewer blade replacement times, and improved production efficiency.

The scraper is the main tool for scraping, and the quality of the scraper is an important factor that determines the efficiency and quality of the secondary cutting. The cemented carbide scraper made of high-precision cemented carbide can effectively clean up the waste generated by the cutting of the mask machine during the work and recycle it, without causing pollution to the environment.

Cemented carbide has good process performance, such as forging performance, heat treatment performance, high temperature plastic deformation performance, grinding performance, etc., which is convenient for the manufacture of scrapers. Cemented carbide is economical. Although the cost of high-quality cemented carbide scrapers is high, the cost allocated to them is not necessarily high due to their long service life.

Cemented carbide has sufficient strength and toughness, so that the blade can work without chipping and breaking under high pressure and the shock and vibration conditions that often occur in the cutting process. Cemented carbide has high heat resistance (thermal stability), so that the blade maintains a certain degree of hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness under high temperature conditions, and maintains good oxidation resistance, anti-bonding and resistance at high temperatures. The binder, matrix material and other constituent materials, as well as the cleanliness and granularity of the particle surface, all determine the performance of the blade.

The base body of the hard alloy upper and lower cutter for the mask machine is selected from the tungsten carbide-based hard alloy containing Co with higher hardness, toughness, wear resistance and better thermal conductivity. As a binder and solvent, Co can significantly increase the sintering degree of the blade and enhance the strength of the blade. However, the Co content cannot be too high, otherwise it will affect the wear resistance of the blade and shorten the service life of the blade.
