1. Technology R&D management

We have a technical research and development team composed of more than 50 experienced and highly educated talents. We use advanced technology and process software to continuously update and optimize the product process.

More than 100 kinds of patents have been obtained. And now we have nearly 90 patents in force, including invention patents and PCT international patents.

In recent years, the total number of new product research and development projects has increased year by year. In 2019, the number of independently developed new products has reached more than 800. In the same year, we were rated as the National High-tech Enterprise.

In 2020, under the urgent situation of COVID-19 outbreak, the company has successfully developed various types of mask machines with stable efficiency and better performance than most conventional devices on the market, which has been recognized by many consumers.

2. Lean production management

We constantly optimize the production process of products and all kinds of products have strict specifications of the production line. According to the lean production mode, we have successively set up lean production lines for moving knives, automatic production lines for tile knives, CNC machining centers, group control rooms for heat treatment, and added six-axis manipulators, etc., which can quickly satisfy customer demand.

At the same time, in order to meet the diversified product needs of customers, the company has invested funds to introduce various high-precision machining equipment from Japan, such as MAZAK lathe and milling compound machine, MAZAK horizontal four-axis milling machining center, MAZAK lathe and milling compound machine, SODICK slow wire cutting and so on.

3. Quality control management

In strict accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 international quality system, the company implements incoming material inspection management, manufacturing process inspection management, completion inspection management and delivery inspection management to ensure that the quality of products can be guaranteed in the whole process from rough to finished products to delivery. At the same time, the company has also established a perfect customer complaint after-sales service management, can quickly respond to customer complaints in a short time, so that customer satisfaction.

4. Logistics management

We have a perfect organizational structure and department functions, a complete planning management, material management, logistics management system, to ensure that the products from the order to output, from material procurement to material distribution are based on the evidence.

Our products, strictly implement the internal quantity control management, storage age cycle management, material identification and storage location management, input and output management and other related management requirements, to ensure that the customer needs can be accurate, enough, fast delivery to customers.
